NC Properties Construction Co., Inc. is a North Carolina Corporation owned and operated by Michael Petkauskos. We are licensed and insured in both North Carolina and Massachusetts. The business objective is to construct single family homes and perform home modifications that have character, offer above average amenities, tastefully appointed in a median price range.  We specialize in Universal Access Design Homes and Special Needs Remodeling.

Mr. Petkauskos was responsible for the construction of several homes and has completed many renovation projects in Massachusetts since the mid 1980's. All of these projects were done paying strict attention to maintaining the architectural detail of the existing structure or the character of the geographical area.

He built several traditional Cape Cod and Colonial style homes, using Royal Barry Wills design details. Some of these details included center chimneys, red cedar wood roofs, siding exposed tight to the weather and true divided light windows. The interiors had wide pine flooring, custom millwork, and decorative color schemes fitting to the style.

He came to North Carolina 2003, acquired an inventory of properties and has built several homes. These home designs have been popular Southern Country Style homes. All of these homes have Southern charm with inviting front porches. They feature top quality windows, energy efficient HVAC systems, composite exterior siding materials, architectural roof shingles and are designed to maintain the structural integrity to withstand the occasional hurricane storms.
